Electropneumatic joining machine for the assembly of any shape and kind of frames either with four, six or eight sides. The mitered pieces of mouldings to be joined are connected tightly by a steel nail type PV (for very soft, soft and not too hard woods and plastic) or type NP (for hard, very hard wood and MDF). The two loaders are interchangeable on the same machine. These nails are in strips and according to the height of the mouldings there are different sizes available. Possible to insert nails automatically in up to 10 different pre-set positions along the base of the moulding, to stack up to 4 nails in each position and to memorize different working programs. The special electronic control box can be easily used by the operator to select or modify the working program and to check all movements of the machine. The machine is capable of joining mouldings from 4mm (5/32") in width with PV nails and 7 mm. (9/32") in height up to 120 mm. (4 3/4") in width and 70mm (2 3/4") in height. The horizontal clamps are standard, electronic control with touch screen, automatic nails loading, 3 working speed. Sound level: LAeq < 73.1 dB (A).
