Convoluted Wheels

The convoluted wheels are produced by spiral winding and simultaneous compression of non-woven abrasive nylon fibre fabric around a central fibre core in order to obtain a very compact wheel.

They are produced in different grains using both aluminium oxide and silicon carbide non-woven nylon fibre fabric.

The working life and cutting capacity of these wheels are respectively longer than standard flap wheels due to the high concentration of non-woven abrasive nylon fibre fabric.
